With all of the doom and gloom, conflict, and an apparent drift towards global collapse, one needs to rejoice when researchers bring something new to the forefront.
Having taught math in my past, I always cringed when someone would say that kids are not learning when exposed "to the new math". I regarded those people as class 1 morons, for I thought that there was no 'NEW MATH'. In their ignorance the morons were on to something...something wonderful!
